STOP! Are you sending me a question about one of my WordPress plugins?
Please use the support forum for WordPress plugins (each plugin has a link to it’s own support forum). If your question isn’t already there, then feel free to post a new topic and I will respond usually pretty quickly. I ask that everyone use the forum because otherwise I wind up answering the same question hundreds of times! I even get an instant email notification whenever you post on the forum so it is even better than sending me a message! If you chose not to read this and contact me for plugin support anyway (believe me, people do) then I most likely won’t reply – but if I do reply it will only be to say “please use the forum.” Thank you for your understanding!
